As President, and Chief Partner, Ryan Van Dyck is responsible for setting the overall business and company strategy and vision for Premier Landscaping Services. Ryan served as the Statutory Agent, and Partner in Charge of the Corporation for overall leadership, accountability, and financial direction.

Prior to starting at PLS in 2005, Ryan was a Business Manager for Southwest Metrology, where he was a key member of the business development and lab operations for 3 years. While at Southwest Metrology, he also played a dual role as a calibration technician performing calibration on electrical, mechanical and pneumatical equipment.

Before Southwest Metrology, he was Director of Hotel Operations for Buellton Hotel Company, primarily responsible for all guest service operations, but was directly in charge of landscaping, housekeeping, maintenance, risk management and pool maintenance for all hotel properties and directed the chief engineers.

Ryan has a Degree in Business Management and a Business Technical Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Ryan’s landscaping experience comes from his home town, being nurtured, hand taught and educated in hundreds of acres of grape vines, orchards, vegetable gardens, pastures, lawns, ponds and other horticultural enterprises. Ryan has attained a Certified Landscaping Professionals License through Planet Landscare Network. He is pursuing courses in Landscaping and Gardening Technology at Stratford.

Ryan also ran landscaping, maintenance and construction operations for General Growth Properties at the Tucson Mall for 1 year, as the Assistant Operations Manager. Through various landscaping books and training programs Ryan has educated himself from well respected names such as: Ortho’s Guide, Taunton’s Lawn Guide, Ortho’s Home Gardener, Ortho’s Irrigation and Scotts Lawn Care.

Ryan has completed several workshops and seminars through Planet Landscape Network. Ryan is also a Certified Irrigation Technician from Rainbird Academy in Irrigation Installation and Programming.
