As Vice President, and Partner, Chance Hart is responsible for facilitating and fueling aggressive growth by driving sales, marketing, business development and new service line initiatives. He is also responsible for all field related operations.

Prior to PLS in 2005, Chance worked as a Store Manager for Champs Sports, where he was responsible for all store operations including, recruiting, training, evaluating employees, as well as receiving and tracking inventory and maintaining the store at strict company standards. Chance was employed as the Front Desk Manager, and the assistant to Director of Operations for the Buellton Hotel

Company assisting with the landscaping of several properties and responsible for front desk operations of a dedicated property. Prior to that, Chance worked for a construction company in Santa Barbara County, California.

Chance is a graduate from Santa Ynez Valley Union High School, and has completed courses at Ventura City College. Chance’s landscaping experience comes from working on a large property located in Santa Barbara, California where he was involved in planting, maintaining lawns and other landscaping related responsibilities.

Chance has educated himself with various literatures from Orthos Lawn guides and various seminars on landscape principals such as gardening, pruning and maintenance. Chance has attended over 8 seminars and 4 workshops on professional lawn care. He has a certification in Lawn Care form an affiliate agency from the Planet Landscare Network.
